• Usage Information: Generated images, usage history
• Payment Information: Payment-related information processed through Stripe (we do not directly store card information)
• Technical Information: IP address, browser information, device information

2. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Provision and operation of this Service
• Provision of AI image generation features
• Provision of user support
• Service improvement and new feature development
• Response to Terms violations
• Payment processing

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not provide user personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When user consent is obtained
• When required by law
• To service providers necessary for Service provision (see below)

We use the following services:

• Google Cloud / Gemini API: AI image generation
• Supabase: Database, authentication, storage
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Hosting

4. Uploaded Images

Pet photos uploaded by users are used solely for AI image generation purposes. We will not use uploaded images for advertising or marketing purposes without user permission.

Copyright of generated images is subject to our Terms of Service.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained as long as the account is active. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us through the contact form. We will delete all related data within 30 days of the deletion request.

6. Use of Cookies

This Service uses cookies for maintaining authentication status and improving the service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

7. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. However, please understand that communication over the internet is not completely secure.

This Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal information from users under 16.
