These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of PupGen ("Service") provided by DOGGO Company Inc. ("Company"). By using this Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Service Description)

This Service generates various styled images using AI technology based on pet photos uploaded by users.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Use of this Service requires Google account authentication.
2. Users warrant that their registration information is accurate.
3. Users under 16 years of age may not use this Service.

Article 3 (Credits and Pricing)

1. Credits are required for image generation.
2. Credits can be obtained through subscription plans or one-time purchases.
3. Pricing is as displayed on the Service's pricing page.
4. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of digital content, credits and subscriptions purchased through this Service are generally non-refundable.

However, we will address the following cases individually:

• When the Service was completely unavailable due to technical issues on our part
• When payment errors such as duplicate charges occurred

Article 5 (Copyright & Intellectual Property)

1. Copyright of photos uploaded by users belongs to the users.
2. Users have rights for personal and commercial use of images generated through this Service.
3. However, using generated images to train AI models is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property rights of the Service's systems, designs, and logos belong to the Company.

Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws or public order
• Activities related to criminal acts
• Activities that infringe on intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
• Uploading photos of other people's pets without permission
• Unauthorized access or attacks on systems
• Activities that interfere with Service operations
• Fraudulent use through multiple account creation
• Mass requests using automation tools or bots
• Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Service Suspension/Changes)

1. The Company may suspend the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. The Company may change or terminate Service content without prior notice.
3. In case of Service termination, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee the quality of AI-generated images.
2. The Company is not responsible for damages arising from use of generated images.
3. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of this Service.

Article 9 (Account Suspension/Deletion)

The Company may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if users violate or may violate these Terms.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms become effective upon posting on this Service. Important changes will be notified through this Service.

Article 11 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. Any disputes related to this Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
